The SynViewRay R8-300 is an integrated 8 channel broad-band receiver array sold to millimeter wave experts around the world. It contains GaAs-Schottky-diode mixers for heterodyne detection with an RF-frequency range of 230-320 GHz, leading to broad tuning ranges as required for instance if range measuring techniques are to be implemented. Diagonal horn antennas as well as the full LO-distribution and a low-noise amplifier for each channel are directly integrated into the receiver block. The mixers are operated at the 18th harmonic, so the LO Frequency range is 12.7 – 17.7 GHz. The key advantages are:

• 8 channel linear detector array with an RF frequency from 230 GHz to 320 GHz
• high dynamic range and high phase stability
• multiple arrays can be combined for an even larger system
